Introduction

  About our lab.
Image Computing Systems Laboratory (ICSL) was established in Seoul campus in 1993 and moved to Daejeon campus in 1996. The name of ICSL was originated from the ICSL in the university of Washington in Seattle, where Prof. Park spent three years as a postdoctoral research associate. Members in the KAIST ICSL focus their research on image processing, image and video compression, object recognition, stereo image processing, medical image processing, and imaging systems. As of spring in 2019, we have 100 alumni (45 for Ph.D. and 55 for M.S) and now 6 Ph.D. candidates and 5 master course students are studying under advice of Prof. HyunWook Park.
